CFM
Continuous filament mat is a new type of non-woven reinforcing material, which is made up of continuous ECR-glass strand. It is bonded directly by coupling agent without bunching. It has the advantages of good isotropy, high strength, fast resin (UP, Vinyl ester and epoxy resins etc.) penetration rate, high product flatness and surface finish, especially suitable for open molding processes: Spray up and hand lay-up etc.

CSM
Fiberglass chopped mat is a glass fibre reinforcing material made from ECR-glass chopped strand, though non-directional uniformly laid flat, with emulsion or powder binder. Our fiberglass chopped strand are characterised by fast resin (UP, Vinyl ester and epoxy resins etc.,) soaking, easy removal of bubbles, convenient operation, low resin consumption, high transparency and strength of the finished products, etc. It is dedicated to closed molding processes: vacuum infusion processing, resin transfer molding, cold molding and compression molding.

Powder glass fibre chopped strand mat is combined with a polyester binder and has excellent wetting properties. It is fluffy and soft, with very good resin wettability, easily to edge, and particularly suitable for environments such as winter, where the resin wettability rate is affected.

Emulsion glass fibre chopped mats are bonded with an emulsion binder and have a much smoother surface than powdered glass fibre mats. Emulsion chopped mats are suitable for use with resins of the polyester or polyvinyl ester family, which quickly break down the emulsion binder so that the chopped mats can be brushed and rolled more easily and allowed to fit the mould.

- 2. What's your regular packing and Is it possible to pack in large rolls?If width is 1.04m, 2 vertical brackets are available.if width is more than 1.04m, the horizontal brackets are stacked on top of the vertical brackets.
Pack in large rolls of course ok. 250m roll length, 550mm roll diameter, 1 bracket 4 rolls, no carton and with wooden frame. - 3. MOQ?We don't have min order quantity requirement, we can support our customers from small quantity.
Free samples are available. - 4. How to ensure the stability of quality?Before producting, we will send samples to our customers and keep samples and labels. During producting,workers strictly control the quality to a large extent.
