1. Pre-mixing and pre-forming: SMC is pre-mixed with resin and other reinforcing materials to form
sheet-like semi-finished products with a certain thickness for easy storage and transportation.
2. Precise control: Because the composition and thickness of SMC materials can be precisely controlled,
the quality and consistency of the final product can be guaranteed to be very good and not affected by
the operator's skills or environmental conditions.
3. Efficient molding: Put the SMC sheet into the preheated mold, use a hydraulic press to apply pressure
and temperature to melt it and fill the mold cavity, and then go through the pressure holding and solidification
stages to form the required complex geometrically shaped parts.

How can u make sure the different batches of your product have the same color Our QC dept. have spectrocolorimeter to make sure the final product of different batches product have a ΔE<2.
Q: What is the shelf life of SMC?A: Usually you can keep 5~6 months from production to use, if in the suitable storage condition. Please store it in and keep in a cool, ventilated and dry place below 25°C. Avoid fire, keep away from heat and radiation sources. Avoid water and prohibit exposure to sunlight and open storage.For foreign customers, we will use Reefer container (18C temperature). Once you open the package, please use it all during three days.
Q: How do you pack the SMC?A: We use zig-zag way to load into the pallet. Pallet size: 1.06*1.06*0.7meters, 1000kg per pallet. (±5% difference)In 20ft Reefer container, load 20000kg (20tons)， 20pallets. The materials are sealed with multi-layer PP film packaging, plus aluminium-plated film to prevent the Light Source. The outer layer is packed in multi-layer cartons and fumigation-free pallets.
Q: Can we get samples?A: Yes. We can provide free sample. (within 10kg)
Q: What is the delivery time?A: Usually 7days from other to delivery.
